We must boycott NBC
I am so sick of networks relying so heavily on reality shows that good shows…shows that would have made it in the past… are being pulled faster than Don Imus can think of an excuse for his behavior. The funny thing is that it is idiots like us who watch those idiot reality shows which gives networks larger ratings which brings in more sponsors which gives those networks more money so they can invest it in quality shows like the Black Donnellys only to be cancelled due to poor ratings because idiots like us are still watching those idiot reality shows. Its time to take a stand. We cannot just let these networks puch us around and tell us what we can and cannot watch. Something is going on here with these stations not realizing who their real fan base is. Take American Idol for example. Sanjaya is bar none the worst singer in recent years and doesnt even have the common curtesy to learn the lyrics before he sings them on stage in front of millions of viewers. YET, the ratings say we apparently love Sanjaya. These same ratings my friends are telling networks like NBC to cancell the Black Donnellys and make more episodes of Deal or No Deal. THERE IS NO STATEGY TO THAT GAME. ALL YOU DO IS PICK A NUMBER AND GET GREEDY DOING IT. IT IS NOT ENTERTAINING.
So, here is my proposal. Its time for us to start treating NBC and the other networks like they just called an African American Female a napy-headed ho and turn this into a media frenzy based off of three meaningless words. No, not, “You are fired”. Rather, “I want my T.V. back”. I know that was more than three words but I couldnt think of anything good.
